By downloading, installing, or using any application published by AppVerse ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for your own private, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtained the app.

3. App Store Terms

Our apps are distributed through third-party app stores, including Google Play. Your use is also subject to the terms and policies of the relevant app store. In the event of a conflict, the app store's terms apply with respect to distribution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
